verdiqt ("we", "us") is a content and performance agency based in Alexandria, Egypt. This policy explains what personal data we collect through verdiqt.agency, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number (optional), the services you're interested in and your message.

When you email or message us: whatever you choose to send us.

When you browse the site: basic, anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, country) from our hosting provider. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.

• To run a project with you if you become a client.

• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We never sell your data and we don't add you to a newsletter without asking.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (you send us the form) and, for clients, to perform our contract with you.

Who can see it

• The verdiqt team: only the people working on your request.

• Service providers that host the site and deliver form submissions and email (for example Framer and our email provider). Some of these providers store data outside Egypt; we only use providers that apply appropriate security safeguards. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page opens.

We may also disclose data if Egyptian law requires us to.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't turn into a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.

• Client data: for the length of the project and as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;

• correct or update it;

• delete it;

• stop using it, or withdraw your consent at any time.

Email support@verdiqt.agency and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site and limit access to your data to the people who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
